Dalam pertemuan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan-permasalahan apa saja yang menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan program/kegiatan serta upaya dan solusi apa yang harus ditempuh untuk menyikapi setiap permasalahan yang timbul dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan. Terkait dengan hasil evaluasi laporan tahun anggaran 2019 disampaikan juga bahwa masih terdapat beberapa Perangkat Daerah yang terlambat menyampaikan laporan sesuai dengan ketentuan Waktu yang telah ditetapkan sehingga mengganggu perampungan pelaporan.
